Questions we get a lot.
How long does a project actually take?+
Most marketing sites land in 3–4 weeks from kick-off. E-commerce and web apps usually run 6–10 weeks depending on integrations. We'll give you a real date on the first call.
What does the price include?+
Design, build, content help, hosting setup, basic SEO, analytics, and 30 days of free tweaks after launch. Domain registration and any paid third-party tools (Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.) are billed separately at cost.
How do payments work?+
50% to start, 50% on launch. UK bank transfer or card. For projects over £2,000 we can split into three milestones — just ask.
Do I own the site and the code?+
Yes. Domain, hosting, repository, CMS — all set up in your name from day one. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you walk out with everything.
Can you edit my existing site instead of rebuilding it?+
Sometimes. If it's on a platform we know (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, plain HTML) and the bones are sound, yes. If it's fighting you more than helping, a rebuild is usually cheaper than the patching.
What if I need changes after launch?+
Small tweaks for 30 days are free. After that we offer a simple monthly care plan (from £45/mo) or charge hourly for one-off work. No lock-in either way.
Do you do logos or full branding?+
Light identity work yes — refreshed marks, type, colour. For a full from-scratch brand we'll point you to one of two studios we trust and integrate their work into the site.
What if it goes wrong?+
If we miss a deadline we own, you don't pay for that week. If you're not happy at the design sign-off stage, you can walk away having paid only the deposit. That's in writing.
